• We aim to ship items within 5 working days
• BLUF branded items are shipped via a tracked service, free for overs over £50, otherwise £3.
• Most on-demand items, including clothing, have a flat rate fee of £7.50 per order, which covers tracked delivery
• Art and calendars include free tracked delivery

Returns and Exchange

• BLUF branded items can be returned within 14 days
• Other items are made on demand, and so cannot be returned, unless faulty
